Filipino Martial Arts Training Seminar:

The seminar is open to the public. The aim of the course is to enable participants to explore a broader range of FMA and self-defense in the broadest sense, as well as to disseminate and promote Filipino martial arts in Poland. The seminar will be based on Filipino Martial Arts, renowned for their effective use of weapons (sticks/knives). We will mainly be training in and discussing techniques for self-defence against knife attacks (knife techniques combat).
Seminar leader:
Grand Master Paweł Zaremba – over 35 years’ experience in FMA.
We invite instructors and masters of other martial arts, as well as anyone interested in learning Filipino martial arts.
