The aim of the course is to enable participants to explore a broader range of FMA and self-defense in the broadest sense, as well as to disseminate and promote Filipino martial arts in Poland. The seminar will be based on Filipino Martial Arts, renowned for their effective use of weapons (sticks\/knives).
